Janice Lawrence, Manager
Janice is our Award-winning Support Services Manager after being awarded Employee of the Year at the Singleton Business Awards. After previously working for Vinnies for a number of years Janice established our Support Services Team in May 2020 and it has been growing rapidly ever since. Janice currently oversees 55 Support Workers delivering more than 1,300 hours of support every week in Singleton and Muswellbrook.
Whether our Clients require a large team over 7 days or just a couple of hours per week Janice meets all new Clients face-to-face and goes to great lengths to match the right Support Workers with the Client and always giving the Client choice of who delivers their supports.

Hunter Valley Supports is a disability supports service provider dedicated to providing quality Disability and Aged Care services to the Residents of the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas.
We put our clients' needs first and strive to help them live better and more independent lives.
Temporary Transformation Payment
As a Registered NDIS Provider Hunter Valley Supports is permitted to charge Temporary Transformation rates. These rates are to reflect the higher costs incurred to remain Registered and uphold levels of compliance and verification that non-registered Providers do not incur.
The price limit for each TTP item is higher than the price limit for the non-TTP item. The difference in price limits will be 3.0% of the standard price from 1 July 2022 reducing to 1.5% of the standard price from 1 July 2023 and finishing altogether from 1st July 2024.
